Interesting Company News Today Noble Plains Uranium Geophysical Survey Identifies Deeper Fort Union Target at Duck Creek(TSXV:NOBL) Noble Plains Uranium Corp. reported preliminary results from an induced polarization (IP) geophysical survey at its Duck Creek Property in Converse County, Wyoming. The survey identified a significant IP anomaly extending approximately 380 metres (1,247 feet) along the survey line at a depth of roughly 200 metres (655 feet), interpreted as a potential redox front in the Fort Union Formation. The same survey line detected shallower Wasatch Formation mineralization already defined by drilling. The program consisted of a single 1,600-metre (5,250-foot) east-west oriented IP line. The Company's entire existing mineral resource is 5.32 million pounds U₃O₈ Indicated and 1.04 million pounds U₃O₈ Inferred, all in the Wasatch Formation. The Duck Creek property is 5.25 miles (8.4 km) long and lies between Cameco's Smith Ranch-Highland and UEC's Barge uranium projects. Further data processing and inversion of the survey results is underway by the University of Wyoming Near-Surface Geophysics Instrument Center (UWNSG). Greenvale Energy Defines Potential Paleochannel Uranium Target at Thunderball’s Powers Prospect(ASX:GRV) Greenvale Energy has defined a large-scale potential paleochannel uranium target at the Powers prospect within newly granted EL34157 at its Thunderball project in the Northern Territory. The north-to-south trending target extends over approximately nine kilometres in strike length and up to 400 metres in width. Ground-based mapping and sampling verified airborne radiometric survey data, with hand-held scintillometer and portable X-ray fluorescence measurements returning anomalous results between three and four times higher than the natural average background reading of six parts per million eU (enriched uranium). The strong correlation between ground radiometrics and the underlying Tindall Limestone supports the interpretation of potential calcrete-hosted mineralisation at Powers. The majority of paleochannel-style uranium deposits are located in the Chu-Sarysu and Syr-Darya basins of Kazakhstan, which produced 39% of global supply in 2024. Australia is currently the fourth-largest global producer of uranium, with annual production predominantly from the South Australian paleochannel system that hosts the Beverley-Four Mile deposits owned by Heathgate Resources and Quasar Resources. Greenvale is planning a close-spaced airborne electromagnetic survey to be completed across the Powers prospect in the coming months. The company has commenced the permitting and approvals process for maiden drilling at Powers. A project-wide review of Thunderball’s historical exploration data is also planned. Bradda Head Lithium: Additional High-grade Surface Assay Results(AIM:BHL) Bradda Head Lithium Ltd announced additional high-grade surface assay results from its Whistlejacket Lithium Project, with the latest batch of surface samples returning lithium assays of up to 3.90% Li₂O. Of the 41 rock samples analyzed, 19 (46.3%) returned grades above 0.50% Li₂O, including 15 samples (36.6%) above 1.00% Li₂O and 13 samples (31.7%) above 1.50% Li₂O. All 41 rock samples returned low iron contents below 1.0% Fe, with the majority below 0.4% Fe. The highest assay returned 3.90% Li₂O from a near-horizontal pegmatite estimated to be 4 meters thick. Lithium grades across the rock samples ranged from 0.01% to 3.90% Li₂O. To date, BHL has received laboratory results for a total of 303 surface samples, with the latest 43 samples forming the basis of this announcement. The Basin East Project has a Measured Mineral Resource of 20 Mt at an average grade of 929 ppm Li, containing 99 kt LCE; an Indicated Mineral Resource of 122 Mt at an average grade of 860 ppm Li; and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 499 Mt at an average grade of 810 ppm Li, with all categories containing 2.81 Mt LCE. Kennecott's previous exploration at Whistlejacket included 19 diamond drill holes totalling 4,188 m, with reported results including 51.0 m at 1.11% Li₂O in hole WSTL0009 and 19.47 m at 1.66% Li₂O in hole WSTL0008. The San Domingo Project comprises 248 claims covering approximately 1,850 acres, with 108 drill holes totalling 13,089 m completed across three drilling campaigns. The Whistlejacket Project comprises nine Arizona State Land Department Mineral Exploration Permits covering 2,010.7 hectares.
